How to Change hostname of Agile Application Server which is Deployed in Weblogic

Hi All,
We have currently undergone to rehosting our systems.I had installed agile on previous hostname i need to make it up for new hostname.

What all list of files are there in agile application on which i will to make changes

Might be easier to just reinstall. Then you can be sure.

I see that there is already some KB# 1504195.1 note avaialble in the Oracle support. Please refer the below link:
