Files not replicating in Agile Vaults

We have a 11 file vaults but attachments from one particular file vault is not getting replicated into other vaults when requested with preferred file manager = remaining 10 vaults.

Is there  a setting that needs to be enabled for this?

I would check you config and logs  on that DFM, if 10 are working  I would suspect the 11 is misconfigured in someway.

How do we check the mapping between IFS names and the FILE_INFO.LOCATIONS in database?
