Extract BOM with related docs.
in PDM Agile Advantage 2006 i’m looking for the possibility to:
1. Extract to Excel/Access BOM data for latest released rev
only (Criteria for population to be extract is according to search results):
Parent item number (Key)
Child item number (Key)
QTY
Find Number
REF DES
Other fields that exist in DB might be required
2. Extract to Excel/Access Index file for Agile advantage
attachments vault for latest released rev only (Criteria for population to be
extract is according to search results- ITEM/CHANGE/MFR/MPN ):
Entity type (ITEM/CHANGE/MFR/MPN)
Primary key (PN)
Secondary key (latest released REV)
File full name in Agile vault
Folder path
Description
File type
3. API program that extract to Excel/Access Changes-items data (Criteria for
population to be extract is according to search results):
Change number (Key)
Item number from affected item (Key)
Full date released of the change
Other fields from change Entity (page 1, 2)
Do you know if there is a utility “off the self” to achieve this ?
In case not, someone has done this before and willing to share ?
