HI Kalyani,

it seems some Windows library is missing (Windows DLL failed to load), before to start digging further, I´d restart windows and I´d try to uninstall Agile again.

My best
Carlos

This issue is caused because MDM 9.7.1 HotFix 1 is not supported on the Windows Server 2012 R2. It is supported on the Windows Server 2012 standard according to Product Availability Matrix (PAM). To resolve this issue, install the MDM Resource Kit with compatibilty mode for Windows 2007.  Right click hub_resourcekit_install.exe > Properties > Compatibility
The MDM Hub and Cleanse were installed successfully. However, for MDM 9.7.1 HotFix 1, the Resource Kit displays an error because some components of the Resource Kit are not supported on Windows 2012 R2. For more info you can use this best essay writing service to having a wonderful assistant in writing.
