Copy from search doesn’t work to Excel

Hi,
I’m sure this is something simple, but I can’t seem to find it.  I’m running chrome for browser, agile 9.3.5, windows 10.
When I run a search I’d like to copy the search results to excel using the copy button or CTRL-C.  When I do copy the results the window shows ‘## rows have been copied’ but when I try to paste to excel I don’t get the search results. I get whatever was in the clipboard from last copy/cut.
I guess the results aren’t getting copied to the clipboard and therefore they don’t get pasted into excel.
Anyone know how to fix that?

Thanks,
Laura

Copy / paste functions are only valid within Agile. It’s best to export results to Excel / CSV.

Hi Laura,

Suggest you Google copy and paste with chrome…. Many replies there.

I think the only option is export to csv, open it with Excel and then copy the data.
