we have an 9.3.4 agile system with some Hebrew text ( such as names of manufacturers).
when we export a BOM or anything to an excel, all the Hebrew chars show as ” ? “.
all english text is fine.

Amit, are you exporting straight to Excel or to a tab delimited text file? If directly, try the tab delimited and see if that works for you.
