Change orders were released by superadmin

Dear All,

We have observed multiple change orders were Released by superadmin user (promoted from Pending to Released), there were no rules defined on these change orders, only thing we observed these change orders were minimum 3 months old.  Any suggestions on this behavior please ?

Regards,
Suresh.

Sound as design, what is wrong with this behaviour? Do you want to prevent the superuser from doing this?

Hello Dennis,

If you mean Agile is designed this way, Can you suggest what can we do to avoid this behavior ? Like any setting change etc.

Regards,

Suresh.

Log into the web client by the superadmin is disallowed, so if history showed the change status was made by superadmin it must be by autopromote  being set on the work flow or some other internal process. Are you sure there was no autopromote set maybe no unset on the workflow?

A quirke of Agile is is an audit status or release status rule fails it will prevent autopromte form happening. Once the failed rule is satisfied the work flow will then auto promote without the change status being initiated again
