AutoVue-Unable to see file content

Hi,

I am trying to open a file using “AutoVue” Server.While I try to  “view” the file, in webclient,
the document is not being opened in AutoVue, so I am not getting the file content on output instead it leaves a blank screen as shown in attachment.
Also, it shows “0” documents opened in the AutoVue Server.

However, If I upload a file manually to replace the existing file, I can able to see the content of file by AutoVue, in the process of checkout and check in.

Please help what settings do I need to perform to view the file content while I open the doc.

It looks like you may have forgotten to include your screenshot attachment.  This would be helpful to see exactly what is happening here.
