Paritosh, my understanding is that Cloud PLM remains in its infancy hence your comment on gradual phase out is a good way to explain what lies ahead.  I am still seeing quite a few customers getting their hands on the Java app as we have come to love which is good.  I have never recommended any client get into early adoption of any Oracle product unless Oracle is giving out a huge deal to put you through that pain.  Eventually I see this as a good thing as at the end of the day, Oracle will make a pretty cool product over time.
Am I going to hold my breath?  Not yet but I am prepping for it by questioning my place in the job market.  And a final comment on support, well to date, Agile PLM has allowed resources that are functional able to support the product for the most part but the movement to the cloud you will see more of technical support (in the event that is where your comment was hitting).
