How can we add an extra attribute field (column) in Agile PLM’s Page two and page three?

You can enable extra attributes in Java Client – Admin – Agile Classes. Go to the specific class and enable for Page Two. For Page Three you need to go to the SubClass that you would need the extra attributes.

You used the word ‘column’ in your question.  Are you referring to adding one of the Page 2 fields (normally on a Part) to the Affected Items table or just creating a new field on one of the subclasses?

What i need is.  We have x fields in Page 2 and Page 3. Now, if i want to add new field in Page 2. How will i ? Considering the properties, permissions, visibility.

Check the admin guide for more info, but the basic steps are:
Java client -> Admin tab ->Data Settings folder -> Classes -> [select class, such as a Part] -> User Interface Tab -> Page Two (or its equivalent Name)(or Page Three) -> Attributes tab –> highlight the row of an unused field (for example, is you know the new field will be a date type field and you see that Date06 is unused, click on Date06) -> set Visible from No to Yes.
Go to User privileges and add the specific criteria for who you’d like to be able to modify this field and under what condition.  It’s likely that READ and DISCOVERY shouldn’t be affected, but that’s worth a shot looking at.
Then you should be good to go.

Looks like you have exhausted all the extra fields provided out-of-box. You can create a new field – it is called Flex field. There will be a new option on the Page Two for a Class. You can click that and it would create a new one. For a step by step procedure take a look at the following link.
