Agile LDAP filter

I have a question about Agile PLM LDAP settings. So far, I have only been able to sync Microsoft AD users into Agile who have a primary AD Group = ‘Domain Users’. I tried many times to try to pull in a user from Active Directory who has a primary User Group = ‘Agile Vendor Users’ and also is not a member of ‘Domain Users’. My attempts always failed. I tried different LDAP Group filters, but it did not work. Is it mandatory that the user is a member of ‘Domain Users’ in order for Agile to find the user and bring them in and create them?  We have Agile PLM 932 but will be upgrading to the latest version by the end of this year.

Here are a couple of things I suggest you try:
1. Check to see that the LDAP creds you use to pull ldap info has permissions to both groups
2. Do you just have problem with Vendor group or any other group? I wonder if there is some attribute set on the vendor group that is preventing this.
3. How did you try to pull the users in vendor group – did you add another LDAP source in Agile or modify the existing source to see if it pulls? Try adding a new source.
