Add approver in workflow based on Lifecycle Phase in Agile PLM
If the lifecycle phase is in “Production”, can we automatically add approver to workflow through Agile configuration? Please Suggest. Thanks.
Yes, it is possible to use workflow criteria to automatically add approvers only if lifecycle is Production. You need to create a new criteria that identifies the affected item’s new lifecycle to be Production, and the add the criteria under appropriate workflow status and configure the approval.
