ACS stopped generating XMLs

Hi,

Our ACS in the development environment has stopped generating XMLs when changes are released. The Status flag indicates Failure in the Destination section. I’ve reset the flag to and it’s not working still. Any insight is appreciated. We are on 933 Build 45.

Thanks
James

Hi James,

Can you share the error getting printed in the History tab of the associated ATO of the change and what does the Status of ATO reads e.g. Release Or Complete. It can be attribute to many reason starting from poor node performances to space issue.

The primary level of troubleshoot that you can try out

1. Test Destination, disable and Enable.
2. Disable and Enable Subscribers.
3. Bouncing the Node where you have configured ACS destination in a clustered environment.

Arif

Hi Arif,

I thought disabling and re-enabling the subscribers did the trick. Turns out it didn’t. I have also done the other two suggestions and no luck. Unfortunately there’s no error on the History tab on the ATO as the issue is that the ATOs are not generated.

Thanks
James

Hello

Couple of things you can check

  1. Please open the destination and click “Test Destinations button? That should give you the error as to why the destination failed
  2. Additionally, in the Weblogic logs, you should see something with PCExtract. That might give you a stacktrace which could help
