Workflow not visible for supplier users
We have supplier users and we have assigned privileges to these users such that they can approve and acknowledge change orders in the system assigned to them in their login.
But when the suppliers login, after searching the change and opening it, in the workflow tab, they are able to see the sign-off table below but the actual workflow diagram is not visible to them.
Can you let me know what the issue here could be or any privileges are missing to these users ?
I had checked and they have the read privilege for Change orders with Change Orders.Workflow.Workflow selected.

Do they have the Read Changes Privilege with the choices Changes.Signoff.Workflow and Changes.Signoff.Workflow Status selected??
Do they see the Summary field when opening the Workflow tab of the Change with an arrow pointing right?? Can they select the arrow to point down and see the workflow summary??

I had added Read Changes Privilege to the supplier users with Changes.Signoff.Workflow and Changes.Signoff.Workflow Status selected. But even then they can’t see the workflow diagram.
They can’t see the Summary field with an arrow to select.

Just another idea – when they´re in the workflow tab of the submitted Change Order, and are not seeing the Summary field but see the Workflow signoff table below, what happens if they click on Actions – View Workflows??

Clicking on Actions-View Workflows will display the current workflow flow chart used for the change order
OK, BLprat.
One last question (running out of ideas…): Supposedly they have Change Status (CS) privileges on the workflow tasks, since, as you say, they have the right to approve and acknowledge some steps of the Change Order, is that right??
Other than that, I’ve never seen a case where one is not able to see the Workflow Summary (Workflowname) panel on the Workflow tab of a Change…

Agile version is 9.3.3.
Supplier users are not having Change Status privilege. They are only assigned privileges to approve/reject and acknowledge changes.
Is this a bug may be, do we have to check with Oracle via a SR….iam not sure.
Aha, you´ve got the point!!
Per Agile documentation, users do not have access to view workflow statuses unless they are able to change to that status. Quote on the Admin Manual: “The Change Status privileges use privilege criteria to control the statuses a user can manipulate, that is, for specified changes, move forward or backward in the workflow. The function of the privilege is to designate which statuses can be affected by a user in a given role”.
