What is login-cms.jsp?

We have an issue logging in to Agile.  We have Agile PLM 9.3.2.  This link works fine…  https://agileplm.<our domain.com>/Agile/PLMServlet     but this one has an issue …  https://agileplm.<our domain.com>/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp       The login-cms.jsp page shows the two boxes for the user id and the password.  We type it in and hit the [ Login ] button.  Next, a blank, white screen appears.  Nothing after that.   However,  the PLMServlet link works fine and we can login.  We did change something a few days ago, which had to do with changing a DNS entry, and IP address change.   So what is the difference between these two links?  Which one SHOULD we be using?

Hi Mathison, by documentation …/Agile/PLMServlet is the one that should be used.
I´m using the 9.3.5 version and when I hit enter in the browser it converts automatically …/Agile/PLMServlet to …/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp.
It works fine.

I opened a service request with Oracle Support and this is their reply:

This is not the correct URL users should be using for whatever reason/issue to access Agile PLM, as per the application code:
https://agileplm.<your-domain.com>/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp
Users should always be using this URL anytime, resolving any issues if any in case:
https://agileplm.<your-domain.com>/Agile/PLMServlet

We also turned off a caching setting on our A10 network appliance which seemed to help.  Traffic flows through this secure A10 device then to the Agile server.

I just use  https://company.domain.com/Agile

And it always works just fine. I have never had a problem. You can always add the PLMServlet at the end but for me it is just extra typing.

Just keep in mind, it is case-sensitive.
