Routed Workflow Not Showing Up in Workflow Routing Tab for Users

Changes and Activity object appear / disappear in Workflow routings tab when pressing a Refresh button in Web Client.

Is there a solution to this problem?

If this is systemic… as in many users rather than one or two, then I first try to refresh the system.  If a system refresh does not work I would then contact Oracle support.

This might not be the right answer, but are the changes outside of the date range that the user has selected? Does hitting the refresh button somehow adjust the user settings to only display 90 days versus all changes?

I ask because we had a similar ‘issue’ from our user base where users would clear their browser cache and settings, which turned the changes to display only 90 days instead of all. I adjusted the system default to display all changes and even if users refresh and it affects browser settings, all changes remain visible.

Hope it helps!

Hi Todd, where did you change the system default?  We are having the same issue.  Many users, who have multiple rows appear on their Workflow Routings tab, just see 90 days worth, even though the little ‘Pending’ drop-down on the right says All.  If they select All and then hit Refresh, it does display them all.

Nevermind.  I found it.  In the Java client, it is under the Admin tab, Settings > Server Settings > Preferences > Default Workflow Routings Settings.  I changed it from ’90 days’  to ‘All’.
