Quality Administrator is not listing while creating CAPA

in Agile PLM 9.3.3,  While Creating CAPA, Cover page Quality Administrator is not listing.

Please let me know what would be the issue.

Hi Divkar,

is he/she not visible or can’t you select one? There are several reasons why qualit administrator may not be visible.

– User is not assigned to list

– Field not visible

-No field read priviledge

Hi, Thanks for the immediate reply.

It is not listing  users in the the Quality Administrator List.
How to assign the users to Quality Administrator List, I have scene we cannot directly assign the Users in the list.

Please help me.

For Quality Administrator what privileges we need to assign?

Open the users userprofile, on the first page you see lists. There you can select to have this user assigned the Quality Administrator.
