Load Times for Workflow Routings Tab
Our company has been wrestling with what seems like extremely long loading times when users log into Agile and navigate to their Workflow Routings tab. To that end, I wanted to see if anyone can help provide a ‘benchmark’ or expectation for that screen to load if a user has 10-15 changes to approve?
We have users experiencing a 3-4 minute load time with 5 or so changes to approve which seems borderline unacceptable…but I wanted to get opinions from other members and Agile admins. Any insights/perspectives on load time or ways to troubleshoot (we have an open ticket with Oracle reviewing our dB) would be greatly appreciated!
This does depend on a few things and will need to be investigated. Where is the server located (local, remote, cloud)? This can affect traffic speed. If you are using a load balancer, make sure the traffic is being routed correctly.
If multiple sites, repeat the same test, same user to get a baseline. Investigate traffic issues and work with IT to improve.
Also, when did this start occurring? Was there an update pushed by IT that coincided with the findings? So many avenues to investigate.
