Inconsistent Simple Search results in Agile
Hello,
We are facing a strange issue in our PLM application, whenever a new object (Be it a change object or user object or anything else) is being created or we are updating any existing object in Agile, it is no more appearing in simple search results, but with Advanced search we can find them.
For user objects the ids are even not appearing in user fields such as “Add Approver” screens or any other part of Agile webclient where ‘Quick search’ is configured with ‘Users’ list . Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What version of Agile is this?
Do the objects *stay* missing out of Simple Search, or do they eventually start showing up?
It almost sounds like a DB issue, in that the CTX indexes are not getting updated very quickly. Verify that your CTX schema is good. Run Averify and see if it has anything to say about how the database looks.
