import in agile not working only for two customers

We are getting feed file from some other team .our code updates the values based on feed which we receive . So code updates the values correctly customers except for two records . we tried using import option even when we try importing , it shows import complete without any error but still one field not updated . Please help us to resolve
- Did you used excel for import? if you used excel 2013 please save file as xls and try again.
- Please write incorrect value in excel and also copy input value (from import you try to do), than please try used “EXACT” function between them. look if it true or false.
most of the cases we have when file input include incorrect letters when you don’t see it in input file.
please update me if problem solve or still you have this issue.

I already did checked everything . It is proper and correct . the log shows import complete with no error messages but still the field is not updated with value from xls .
- What are the fields you try to update (Text, List, MultiList….)?
- Did you try copy these value and update it manually. Is it updated?
