How users are created in LDAP?

Please help me with the steps which we need to perform while creating users in LDAP, so that  when  In Java Client, the Refresh Users from LDAP button on the Users node toolbar window  is used, it integrates LDAP-originated users into the Agile PLM system automatically

Please check the Admininstrator guide Chapter 33. It talks in detail about steps to configure Agile to connect to LDAP

Thanks for your help. i have already gone through this doc and it gives a theoretical knowledge. Can you please help me with the steps for how to create the users in LDAP side so that when we refresh the LDAP button in java client all the user profile are created/updated.

There shouldn’t be any different in the way your admin creates users in LDAP. As long as you can query these users via LDAP browser, you can use the same search criteria in Agile to configure and sync these users
