Extracting multiple revision of BOM

Example :

I have board XYZ rev 01, this XYZ board has component part of ABC rev 01

I created a CO to revise Board XYZ to rev 02 and ABC to rev 02

While we are in the CO process,  we need to extract the BOM  for XYZ.

I can select to extract XYZ rev 02 BOM but when I looked at the component, ABC is still rev 01.

My requirement is to be able to extract XYZ rev 02 BOM with ABC rev 02 in the component. Any way of doing this without customizations ?

Thanks,

Donny

Is the CO that releases rev 02 of ABC (and XYZ) released?? If not, then ABC is *still* at rev 01.

Since you are using the same CO to revise both the assembly and the component part, you will not be able to get the correct BOM for the assembly (revision-wise) *UNTIL* the CO is released.

Thanks for the reply Kevin.

The CO is still in Approval, however we need to find out if we can extract the BOM information for the latest revision of the Board including the latest Component from Agile, but unable to do so,, because the component ABC are still in rev 01.

Currently the user extract the XYZ BOM and manually change the ABC revision in the extract to match it.

did you tried to run the BOM Compere  report between the 01 and 02 Revs ?

this is a standard report so it might help you analysis the changes done by the CO.
