Embedding an Email Object link in Excel

Hi,

 

I have been running a report that I embed the Object direct link into an Excel cell as hyperlink. The link URL is like this

http://servername:7001/Agile/PLMServlet?action=OpenEmailObject&classid=8000&objid=162629257

This worked before but today suddenly stop working.

The link worked fine when pasted on address bar of a Web Browser, but when embedded into an Excel cell, it will only bring me to Agile Web Client , but after log in, will not bring me to that object.

Does any one has the same problem?

Yes. I saw this behavior in 9.3.6 quite a bit.  Can you find out what changed to troubleshoot why the behavior changed?  Did you push an upgrade to IE?  Do you employ SSO?  Try to work with IT to see what changed.
