Customizing Oracle Cloud PLM

We are looking to customize certain functionalities on Cloud PLM which are not feasible by metadata layer. Right now we have SaaS application. Our vendor mentioned that we will need PaaS however they are not aware which PaaS service is required. As per Oracle, vendor should be able to implement it without PaaS .

We are pretty new to Cloud PLM. Can someone provide some information on what things do we need to customize Oracle Cloud PLM ?

What type of customization are you looking to perform? Some customization can be performed within the UI, but it depends upon the use case.

We have multiple customization request which can not be achieved by  UI. We have already confirmed that.
