Can we restrict users not remove only Document control user group from the list of approvers

Hello everyone,

We have requirement where we don’t want any Users to delete(Remove) Document Control Group from the list of Approvers . Can we achieve this?

Hello

I believe you can’t do just by criteria. you would have to write a Pre event that does this check

Yes , I did not get any out of the box solution, if possible can you please tell me the event handler

You need to have a handler for  “Change Approvers or Observers for Workflow” event type
