Adding Attachments in Agile

Hi,

We have 1000’s of Agile users all over the world uploading attachments to Agile everyday. For some reason, users with full import/export privileges in just one physical location in the middle east cannot add attachments to our Production version of Agile. They can open attachments with no problem and can upload attachments to our cloned test system with no problem, but can’t add an attachment of any type to any Agile object.in Production.

As an added mystery, I have remote accessed onto one of their machines from the States as Admin and I cannot upload attachments either. Has anybody ever experienced this? We see nothing unusual in the log files either.
