@Patrick – if your talking ‘AND’ logic and true parallel approval task no. You can use the approach described by Madhusudanas as serial OR logic to give alternat pathways through the work flow.
Not fully clear but suspect the question asked required true parallel ‘AND’ logic in the workflow.

For anyone to provide usable help, your going to have to provide more detail on your agile set up.
What Agile version you running.
What OS
What hardware configs, do they meet the minimum recommend in the hardware sizing
What is the DB size. You can tune weblogic / DB but if your running it on under powered hardware or insufficient memory your going to struggle to improve.
Try running jconsole for your JDK see what that tells you about the JVM health.
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E15523_01/web.1111/e13814/jvm_tuning.htm#PERFM153Have you looked at the logs?

I guess it what you mean as implemented. We stores FMEA output as documents and use our change process to release and revise them when there is a significant chnage or rerun of the FMEA.
We don’t have project management, but I guess setting up a small project to contain any mitigating actions as project tasks could make more of the FMEA process live within Agile rather than just capture the output.

Hi Nelly,
File load can update attributes (f;ex fields) you have enabled when you loading files by using attribute name / value pairs in the index file, but AFAIK you can’t use File Load or import to change attachment attributes as a separate process after the attachment is created.
From the import / export guide:
ITEM,P00010,,C:/temp/logo_color.bmp,FILE,Description=”Fileload,Test”,Date01=12/12/00,List01=Select1,Text01=”Test_Fileload”,Text02=DFSF<CR>
Optional pairs of attribute names and attribute values used to load data into flex fields. The default separator character for attribute names and values is an equal sign (=), but you can specify another character. Separate each attribute/value pair with an attribute delimiter, such as a comma. AK
